Kayla McBride built K's Cleaning with one goal in mind: to give churches and businesses a cleaning partner they can rely on day after day. Today, K's Cleaning is known for top tier commercial and church cleaning, an award winning reputation as a Locals Love Us winner, and a team first philosophy. To better serve clients, Kayla acquired Carpet Dr. Rx, which allows the company to offer deeper, more specialized carpet care alongside its regular janitorial services.
Behind the scenes, Kayla believes her team is the backbone of every result you see in your building. K's Cleaning is fully legal and compliant, pays W2 wages, and offers flexible scheduling. Some team members want to stack hours and grow their income, while others need room in their schedule to be present for their families. Kayla designs roles around real life, because she has lived it.

Outside of work, Kayla channels that same energy into her hobbies. She enjoys hands on projects and big ideas, from building intricate saltwater tanks to analyzing trading charts and caring for a growing collection of reptiles.
